Laughing Dog Media was created in 1999 by Broadway Star James Barbour in an effort to expand the reach of art and inspire others to do the same.  LDM not only creates our own content but more importantly we consult with like minded entities in an effort to help them achieve their goals in production by facilitating all aspects of the creative process from start to finish.
